Debra Rothschild selected as Top Professional Business Coach of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP)

Debra Rothschild, Professional Business Coach and Platform Speaker was just recently selected as Top Professional Business Coach of the Year for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her extraordinary leadership, diligence and commitment to the profession.
While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, other affiliations and contributions to their communities. With over 20 years of professional career experience, Ms. Rothschild has certainly proven herself as a results-driven leader and expert in many fields. She is the founder and President of Rothschild Marketing, the Author of “The Firefly Protocol” and a communication specialist who is devoted to organizational, individual and professional performance development. She has demonstrated success as a public speaker, caterer, network marketing top earner and business coach. Debra has successfully coached individuals, sole business owners, companies, network marketing owners, Corporate Presidents, VPs, CEOs and female entrepreneurs. She began Success Forward in 1999 and has over 19,000 hours of documented coaching.
Debra earned her MBA from Western Kentucky University. The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami, stated “Choosing Debra for this award was an easy decision for our panel to make. For 2020 she is being considered for the Empowered Woman Award by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and also to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine.
Aside from her successful career, Ms. Rothschild is a sought-after keynote success speaker, has spoken before congress, been featured on TV and has her own Radio Show, “Transformation Talk Radio, Developing a Dynamic You.” Her challenges, lessons and words of wisdom are highly motivating. With her innovation and hard work, she transformed two of her businesses into million-dollar earners.
Debra attributes her success to her perseverance, authenticity and integrity. When not working she enjoys Boating, Breeding Doberman Pinchers and was a former competitive equestrian. For the future Debra hopes to continue to make a difference in people’s lives anyway that she can.
